Its been a couple of weeks since our Pre-Drywall meeting. I actually didn't expect much progress because of the Holiday's but to my surprise the workers have been working away because the entire house has drywall! They also framed the outside of the front door and put it house number up! It's really starting to look like our house! Our PM told us were about 45 days away from settlement now. Next week they will start putting in trim, doors, and cabinets. I'm really excited for this part. I wait to see all of my color selections for the cabinets flooring and granite together. 45 days away from settlement, huh? That's great! By the looks of it, it seems like you're one or two months away from settling in your beautiful townhouse. How's everything going? I hope you were able to pace the construction according to your timetable. You have a nice place, by the way. Good luck with the rest of construction!
